BASIC REQUIREMENT
he PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is an exciting and educational step beyond the Open Water Diver certification. To enroll in the Advanced Open Water Diver course, you must meet the following requirements:

Open Water Diver Certification (or Equivalent): Participants must hold a valid and recognized Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent certification from another reputable diving organization.

Age Requirement: The minimum age to enroll in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is 12 years old. Young divers between the ages of 12 and 14 will earn the PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification, which can be upgraded to the standard certification upon reaching the age of 15.

Medical Fitness: Divers are required to complete a medical questionnaire to ensure they are fit for diving. If any medical issues are identified, a physician's approval may be necessary before participating in the course.
